Gravitational Waves and Electromagnetic Radiation from Charged Black Hole Binaries

چکیده

In this manuscript, we investigate the electromagnetic radiation of a binary system electrically charged black holes. Using results previous works, compute analytical expression for waveform, phase, and Fourier transform during inspiral phase both gravitational radiations. To do so, consider quasi-circular approximation small values charge-to-mass ratio in each hole. case radiation, focus on dipole contribution, but also include quadrupole term to complete our discussion. We found that waveforms contain two terms, so does transform. However, behavior is dominated only by one them. frequency-domain waves, example, contributions wave are terms proportional f?3/6, f?1/6, f?7/6, respectively. As expected, contribution have same contrast contribution. Moreover, more sensitive changes than wave.

Gravitational Waves from Coalescing Black Hole Macho Binaries

If MACHOs are black holes of mass ∼0.5 M,, they must have been formed in the early universe when the temperature was ∼1 GeV. We estimate that in this case in our Galaxy’s halo out to ∼ 50 kpc there exist ∼5 # black hole binaries the coalescence times of which are comparable to the age of the universe, so that the 8 10 coalescence rate will be ∼ events yr per galaxy. This suggests that we can ex...

Low frequency gravitational waves from black hole MACHO binaries

The intensity of low frequency gravitational waves from black hole MACHO binaries is studied. First we estimate the gravitational wave background produced by black hole MACHO binaries in the Milky Way halo as well as the cosmological gravitational wave background produced by the extragalactic black hole MACHO binaries. It is found that the cosmological gravitational wave background due to black...

Gravitational Radiation from Black Hole Binaries in Globular Clusters

A populations of stellar mass black hole binaries may exist in globular clusters. The dynamics of globular cluster evolution imply that there may be at most one black hole binary is a globular cluster. The population of binaries are expected to have orbital periods greater than a few hours and to have a thermal distribution of eccentricities. In the LISA band, the gravitational wave signal from...

Gravitational Radiation from Mergers of Black Hole–neutron Star Binaries

Angular momentum loss via the emission of gravitational waves must eventually drive compact binaries containing black holes and/or neutron stars to coalesce. The resulting events are primary candidate sources for detectors such as VIRGO and LIGO. We present calculations of gravitational radiation waveforms and luminosities for the coalescence of a black hole-neutron star binary, performed in th...

Localizing coalescing massive black hole binaries with gravitational waves

Massive black hole binary coalescences are prime targets for space-based gravitational wave (GW) observatories such as LISA. GW measurements can localize the position of a coalescing binary on the sky to an ellipse with a major axis of a few tens of arcminutes to a few degrees, depending on source redshift, and a minor axis which is 2 − 4 times smaller. Neglecting weak gravitational lensing, th...
